Terms of Service – Visualize Personal Training

Effective Date: 19th March 2026

By applying for or commencing services with Visualize Personal Training (“Visualize PT”), you (“the Client”) agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Health & Risk Acknowledgement

1.1 Medical Clearance
You confirm that all information provided in your Pre-Exercise Screening Questionnaire is accurate and complete.
If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or answered “Yes” to any health questions, you must seek clearance from a qualified healthcare professional before commencing training.

1.2 Assumption of Risk
You understand that participation in physical exercise and lifestyle changes carries inherent risks, including injury, illness, or adverse health events.
You voluntarily accept all risks associated with participation.

1.3 Release of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release and discharge Visualize PT and Paul Pantel from any liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from training services, except in cases of gross negligence.


2. Nutrition & Lifestyle Guidance Disclaimer

2.1 General Advice Only
All nutrition and lifestyle guidance is provided for general educational purposes only.

2.2 No Medical or Dietetic Services
Visualize PT does not provide medical, dietetic, or clinical nutrition services.

2.3 Client Responsibility
You are responsible for consulting a qualified healthcare professional before making significant dietary or lifestyle changes, particularly if you have pre-existing conditions.


3. Program Structure & Payments

3.1 Service Overview
The service provided is the 6-Week Kickstart Program, including:

  • 1:1 mobile personal training sessions
  • General nutrition guidance
  • Coaching and accountability

3.2 Payment Terms
Clients agree to one of the following:

  • Upfront Payment: Full program fee paid prior to commencement
  • Direct Debit: Weekly payments over the 6-week period

3.3 Non-Refundable Policy
All payments are non-refundable once the program has commenced due to time allocation, scheduling, and program design.


4. Scheduling & Cancellations

4.1 24-Hour Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

4.2 Late Cancellation
Sessions cancelled within 24 hours will be forfeited.

4.3 Emergency Situations
Sessions may be rescheduled in cases of genuine illness or emergency, at trainer discretion.

4.4 Program Duration
All sessions must be used within the agreed 6-week period. The program will not be extended.


5. Client Responsibility & Conduct

You agree to:

  • Follow instructions provided by your trainer
  • Communicate any injuries, discomfort, or concerns
  • Take responsibility for your effort, consistency, and results

6. Results Disclaimer

While many clients achieve strong results, outcomes vary based on individual effort, adherence, and lifestyle factors.
No specific results are guaranteed.


7. Media & Testimonials

You consent to the use of photos/videos for marketing purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.


8. Agreement

By submitting your details and commencing training, you confirm that:

  • You have read and understood these Terms
  • You agree to be bound by them
