The 6-Week Kickstart is where most clients begin so we can build momentum, create structure, and get real results early.
The goal in those first 6 weeks is to help you train consistently, improve your nutrition, feel better in your body, and start seeing measurable progress.
From there, we reassess and continue based on your goals. Many clients continue coaching after the initial 6 weeks because the real goal is not just losing a few kilos. It’s building a routine and body you can actually maintain long-term.
Who is the 6-Week Kickstart best suited for?
This is best suited to busy adults who want to lose body fat, get stronger, and feel more in control of their health, without trying to force gym life into an already full week. If you want a sustainable approach rather than another all-or-nothing health kick, this is likely a very good fit.

Do I need any gym equipment or gym membership?
No. You do not need a gym membership, and you do not need to buy a full home setup.
We bring the coaching and equipment to you, whether that’s at your home or a suitable local outdoor space. The sessions are designed to be effective, practical, and easy to fit into real life.
Where do the sessions take place?
A lot of clients choose to train at their local park for convenience, while others prefer at home. We’ll work out the best setup based on your schedule, location, and comfort.
The goal is to make training as easy and sustainable as possible.
What if I’ve never trained before, or I have an injury?
That’s completely fine.
A lot of clients start with very little training experience, low confidence, or a history of inconsistency. Others come in with old injuries, stiffness, or limitations that need to be worked around properly.
Everything is tailored to your current starting point. We focus on building you up safely and progressively so you can improve without feeling overwhelmed or smashed.
Is the Eat by 3® nutrition system a strict diet?
No. This is not a restrictive meal plan or calorie counting system.
The nutrition side is designed to be realistic, structured, and easy to follow in real life. The goal is to help you eat in a way that supports fat loss, energy, and consistency, without obsessing over calories or living off bland diet food.
We want this to feel sustainable, not miserable.
What is the total investment for the 6-Week Kickstart?
The total investment is $1,788, with flexible payment options available. Most clients choose the weekly instalment option of $298 per week.
This includes your private coaching sessions, nutrition guidance, mobile setup, accountability support, and progress tracking across the full 6 weeks.
